30-day progress · habit guide

A habit tracker without streaks

MicroHabit uses a rolling 30-day view instead of a streak counter. Each scheduled day moves through that window, so one missed day changes the percentage without erasing everything you recorded before it.

How it works

Track the action, then keep moving

  1. Create or choose a small habit

Make your own habit or start with a ready-made small action.

  2. Choose the days that fit

Select the weekdays for the habit and add an optional reminder.

  3. Check off, count, or time

Mark a simple action done, add a number such as pages read, or run a timer for an activity.

  4. Read the rolling 30-day view

Review completion across the latest 30 days. As the window moves, older scheduled days leave and newer ones enter.

  5. Pause or archive when plans change

Pause a habit for a break, or archive it and restore it later. Recorded activity stays available.

What the number means

Progress changes; your history does not vanish

No streak to reset

MicroHabit has no streak counter. Missing a scheduled day affects the rolling view, but it does not turn your earlier actions into a zero-length streak.

Three ways to record

Use a check-off for a simple action, a count for measurable amounts, or a timer for time-based habits. Counts and timers keep the actual amount even after the daily target is reached.

Free and Pro

Free supports up to five active habits and Weekly Progress. An optional one-time Pro purchase unlocks unlimited active habits and Day Review. There is no subscription or trial.

Private by design

MicroHabit requires no account and uses no analytics, tracking, diagnostics, or crash reporting. Habit data stays on your device.

Boundaries

A tracker for records, not a judgment system

What it can do

MicroHabit can schedule habits, provide optional reminders, record actions, and show rolling progress from the data you enter.

What it cannot do

It does not complete an action for you, sync habit data through an account, provide social groups, or use an AI coach. It is not a medical service.
