What is Before90?
Before90 is an iPhone app for one gentle 90-second breathing reset before a work meeting or important call.
How does the 90-second reset work?
Tap Start and follow nine rounds of 4-second inhales and 6-second exhales. You can use visual guidance or audible guidance, with optional haptics.
Can I use it with the screen locked?
When you choose audio guidance, it can continue while the screen is locked. Silent guidance pauses when you leave the app.
Can I set a reminder?
Yes. You can create one optional, one-time local reminder for a specific future meeting and choose how far ahead it arrives.
Does Before90 read my calendar?
No. Before90 does not read your calendar, meeting titles, participants, contacts, Apple Health data, or microphone.
How do purchases and restoration work?
Your first three resets are free. A one-time purchase unlocks unlimited resets with no subscription. Purchases and restoration are handled by Apple through StoreKit; you can restore with the same Apple Account from the purchase screen.
Does Before90 provide medical advice?
No. Before90 supports everyday meeting preparation. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition and is not a substitute for professional care.
How do I manage analytics and diagnostics?
They are off by default and require your explicit consent. You can turn them off at any time in Settings; doing so stops future collection and does not affect Before90's functionality.
