Before90 Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Before90 for iPhone, provided by Shanghai VeloTract Information Technology Co., Ltd. (上海轻引信息技术有限公司) ("we," "our," or "us"), the data controller.

2. On-Device Data and System Services

Before90 stores app settings, reset and free-use counts, local reminder status, and a cached purchase entitlement on your device. A reminder is created only when you ask for it and is scheduled by iOS. Before90 does not read your calendar, meeting titles, participants, contacts, HealthKit data, or microphone.

Purchases and purchase restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive your payment-card details or send purchase history to our analytics and diagnostics service.

3. Information We Collect

Analytics and diagnostics are off by default and are enabled only with your explicit consent. Before90 remains fully functional without them.

If you consent, the app collects:

Product interaction data, such as app launches, entry methods, reset starts, completions and system interruptions, audible or visual guidance, readiness responses and predefined reasons, paywall presentation, and reminder actions and lead-time choices
Redacted technical crash information, such as exception type, system signal, and module or function symbols; message content is removed
Technical app, operating-system, device, and network information
A random identifier for this app installation
Network request information, including the IP address and country or region derived from it; Before90 does not use Location Services or GPS

Analytics and diagnostics do not include meeting details, calendar or health data, exact reminder times, audio, screenshots, free-form text, names, email addresses, Apple ID, advertising identifiers, or purchase history.

4. How We Use and Share Information

We use this information only to understand how Before90 is used and to improve its performance and reliability. A third-party analytics and diagnostics provider processes it on our behalf. We require service providers to use the information only to provide these services and to protect it consistently with this policy.

Your data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with data brokers. We do not engage in cross-company tracking.

5. Retention and Deletion

We retain analytics and diagnostic information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and improve Before90 or to meet legal obligations. You may request deletion by emailing contact@velotract.com. We will delete information we can reasonably identify unless we must retain it by law. Because Before90 has no accounts, we may ask for information needed to locate the relevant installation data.

Removing Before90 deletes its local app data. Purchase records remain managed by Apple and may be restored through the same Apple Account.

6. Your Choices

You can turn analytics and diagnostics off at any time in Settings. Turning them off stops future collection and does not affect Before90's functionality. It does not automatically delete information already sent; you can request deletion as described above.
