PDF Tools Terms of Use
1. App license
VeloTract grants you a personal, non-transferable, limited license to install and use PDF Tools on Android devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the Google Play terms that apply to your installation.
2. Acceptable use
Use PDF Tools only with files you are allowed to access and process. You must not use the app to violate law, another person's rights, or a document owner's restrictions. You are responsible for keeping copies of important source files and for checking every result before relying on it.
3. Pro purchase
Pro is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. Google Play processes the transaction, displays the applicable price and taxes, and controls refunds under its policies. Pro access is associated with the Google account and product entitlement recognized by Google Play and can be restored from the purchase screen opened from Settings.
4. Results and backups
PDF Tools creates new output files and does not promise that every source file, image, font, password, or PDF feature can be processed. Inspect the output and keep your own backups. Do not delete the source until you have confirmed that the result is usable.
5. Availability
The app is provided for use on supported Android versions and devices. Device storage, operating-system behavior, file permissions, damaged documents, encryption, and third-party providers can affect a task. We may update, suspend, or discontinue app features when reasonably necessary to maintain the product.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, PDF Tools is provided as available without a promise that every task will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
