WeekShape Terms of Use
1. App Store License
WeekShape is intended for distribution through the Apple App Store. Your use of WeekShape is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) unless Apple presents you with another applicable agreement.

2. Purchases
WeekShape may offer optional paid features. Apple displays the applicable product, price, and purchase terms before you buy. Purchases and restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit and are tied to the Apple Account used for the transaction.
3. Product Boundary
WeekShape is a roster-aware commitment tool for shift workers. It does not replace an employer's roster system, guarantee that a shift will occur, or provide medical, employment, legal, or safety advice. The Answer describes the confirmed facts and policies available to the app; it does not decide your schedule for you.
4. Privacy
Our handling of app data is described in the WeekShape Privacy Policy. Website use is separately covered by VeloTract's Website Privacy Policy.
