WeekShape Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to WeekShape for iPhone, provided by Shanghai VeloTract Information Technology Co., Ltd. (上海轻引信息技术有限公司) ("we," "our," or "us"). It describes the release behavior currently documented for WeekShape; a later release may update this policy.
2. Roster and Habit Data on Your Device
WeekShape stores confirmed roster facts, Habit content, completion history, settings, and derived Answer and Widget data in local app storage on your device. WeekShape has no account system and no company-operated cloud sync for this business data.
3. Product Analytics and Telemetry
WeekShape does not collect or send product analytics, usage metrics, persistent analytics identifiers, crash reports, or tracking data to VeloTract or an analytics provider. The app has no product analytics provider and does not use product data for advertising, cross-company tracking, or data-broker sharing.
4. Calendar and Roster Sources
If you choose a system Calendar source, a local ICS file, or a read-only webcal source, WeekShape reads the selected source to propose roster candidates. Imported source material is handled in a bounded local workflow and is not sent to a WeekShape analytics service. A webcal URL and connection metadata may be kept in secure device storage only when you choose to keep that source connected.
The external provider for a Calendar or webcal source may receive ordinary request data under its own privacy policy. WeekShape does not control that provider's retention or server logs. You choose whether to grant access, keep a source connected, disconnect it, or use manual roster entry instead.
5. Purchases
If paid features are offered, Apple processes payment and purchase restoration through StoreKit. WeekShape receives only the entitlement information needed to unlock or restore the applicable features; Apple does not provide your payment-card credentials to WeekShape.
6. Retention and Deletion
Local business data remains on the device until you remove the app's local data or uninstall WeekShape. Original import material and full recognized text are removed after the bounded import workflow ends, is cancelled, or expires. Copies you share through another app or save outside WeekShape are controlled by the destination you chose.
7. Your Choices
- Choose manual roster entry, a system Calendar source, an ICS file, or a webcal source.
- Grant, deny, or later change Calendar permission in iOS Settings.
- There is no product analytics or telemetry switch because WeekShape does not send product analytics or telemetry.
