MicroHabit for Android Terms of Use
1. License
Shanghai VeloTract Information Technology Co., Ltd. grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to install and use MicroHabit for Android on an Android device you own or control, subject to these terms, applicable law, and the Google Play terms that apply to your use.
2. Free and Pro
Free includes up to five active habits and Weekly Progress. Pro is an optional, one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks unlimited active habits and Day Review. There is no subscription or trial. Google Play shows the price available to you before you confirm a purchase; the price may vary by region.
3. Google Play purchases and restoration
Google Play processes purchases and payment credentials and handles refunds under its policies. You can restore an eligible Pro purchase in Settings using the same Google account used to buy it. A purchase that is pending or not confirmed as purchased by Google Play does not unlock Pro.
Pro access is based on purchase ownership reported by Google Play to the app on your device; it is not independently verified by a VeloTract server. When offline, the app may continue using the most recently received Play ownership status. A refund or other change may be reflected after the app can successfully refresh that status from Google Play.
4. Reminders and widgets
Reminders are optional and require the relevant Android notification permission and device settings. Android controls notification delivery. The widget supports a one-tap action for binary habits; count and duration habits open in the app for their progress actions. Availability and behavior may vary with the Android version, device, and system settings.
5. Product boundary
MicroHabit is a general habit and completion tool. It does not diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat any disease or medical condition, and it is not a substitute for professional advice or care.
6. Privacy
Habit data is stored in the app's private storage on your device, but Android device backup may include eligible app data depending on system and backup settings. Read the MicroHabit for Android Privacy Policy for details. Website use is covered separately by the Website Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and contact
Android permissions, operating-system behavior, device settings, and Google Play availability can affect features and purchase refresh. The app is provided as available to the extent permitted by applicable law; nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
