How do I move pieces and complete a picture?
Boards are 4×4, 5×5 or 6×6. Drag any piece onto another to swap positions. A loose piece swaps with the target; a connected group of two or three pieces moves together. Bring a picture's four pieces into a 2×2 square to complete it. Completed pictures clear, the remaining pieces fall, and reserve cards drop and flip onto the board. There is no timer or move limit.
A linked group needs room for its whole shape. If the target would move part of the group outside the board, the move is rejected.
What do Hint, Magic and Shuffle do?
Each tool starts with three free chances. Hint highlights a picture to work on, Magic completes one available picture, and Shuffle rearranges unfinished pieces. When a tool runs out, its button can offer a rewarded ad for three more chances of that tool.
Why is a rewarded ad unavailable?
Ad availability can vary, and a rewarded ad may fail to load or be unavailable. You can skip it and continue the puzzle without the extra chances, or try again later. The optional offer does not guarantee that an ad will be available.
How do I change music, sound effects, language or motion?
Open Settings from the home screen. Music and Sound Effects have separate controls. Choose Language to change the app language or follow the device language; this does not change your iOS system language.
Reduced Motion skips the level intro and keeps the win-screen confetti still. It does not turn off every gameplay animation.
How is my progress saved?
Game progress, completed levels, collected pictures and settings are saved locally on your device. Falling Jigsaw has no app account or app-owned cloud sync. Apple device backups may include app data, but deleting the app does not remove copies already in a backup.
What should I do if the app stops responding?
Close and reopen the app first. If the problem continues, email support with the details above. Do not delete the app as a first troubleshooting step: progress is stored locally, and deleting the app can remove that data. The iOS Offload App option keeps app data and is different from deleting the app.
Where can I read about privacy?
Read the Falling Jigsaw iOS privacy policy for details about local game data, advertising service providers, retention and support correspondence.
