Falling Jigsaw Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers Falling Jigsaw for iOS, provided by Shanghai VeloTract Information Technology Co., Ltd. (VeloTract). Version 1.0 is being prepared for release and is not yet available for public download. This policy covers the app, not velotract.com; the Website Privacy Policy covers the website.

2. Data stored on your device

The app stores puzzle progress, completed pictures and collection, the current game, tutorial status, tool chances, language choice and app preferences on your device. It uses these data to resume play and keep your settings. Falling Jigsaw has no app account or app-owned cloud-sync service, and it does not upload your game progress to VeloTract.

3. Advertising service providers

For advertising, measurement and service reliability, providers may process device, installation or advertising identifiers available under iOS; approximate location such as a general region; app performance and diagnostic information; and interactions with the app and ads, such as ad views and taps. Some information may be shared with other parties involved in providing or measuring advertising.

Advertising-related processing can begin when you open the app or while ads are prepared. It is not limited to times when you choose to watch a rewarded ad. Read the advertising provider's privacy policy for its data practices and available controls.

4. Choices and controls

Rewarded ads are optional, and you can continue playing without watching one. Skipping a rewarded ad does not stop advertising-service processing that can occur when the app opens or ads are prepared. This version does not provide an in-app consent screen or an app setting to disable all such processing.

5. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains with the app until it is replaced or removed. Deleting the app removes data stored only in its local storage; iOS Offload App keeps that data. Apple device backups may include app data and restore copies later. Deleting the app does not remove copies already in a backup.

Advertising providers handle retention and deletion under their own policies and available controls. We cannot promise a fixed retention period or deletion of every provider-held record. See the advertising provider's privacy policy for details.

6. Support correspondence

If you email ios.feedback@velotract.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to reply and troubleshoot your request. Your email provider also processes the correspondence.

Contact the same address to ask about retention or deletion of your support correspondence. Email providers and backups may retain separate copies; we cannot promise immediate removal of every copy.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app's data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version.
