What is MicroHabit?
MicroHabit is an iPhone habit tracker for taking the next small action without relying on streaks, pressure, or a catch-up score.
How do I start a habit?
Open Today, choose a small starter or create a custom habit, then set the days and type that fit it. You can track a simple action, a count, or a duration.
What does Rest day do?
Rest day records that you are not doing that habit today. If you tapped by mistake, use Undo while it is available in Today.
How do reminders work?
MicroHabit asks for notification permission only after you choose to enable a reminder for a habit. If notifications are denied, you can change that permission in iOS Settings.
What does Pro include?
Free includes up to five active habits and Weekly Progress. A one-time MicroHabit Pro purchase unlocks unlimited active habits and Day Review. There is no subscription or trial.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account used to buy MicroHabit Pro. Apple handles restoration through StoreKit.
Can I bring back an archived habit?
Yes. Open Settings, choose Archived Habits, and restore the habit you want. Its existing history stays with that habit.
Do Widgets and Shortcuts work without opening the app?
Home Screen Widgets and the public MicroHabit Shortcuts can show or update today's state. iOS may still open a system surface when it needs to complete an action or request permission.
