What is In My Keeping: GLP-1 History?
In My Keeping: GLP-1 History is a private iPhone app for recording GLP-1 medication, notes, weight, and waist, then returning to those original facts in History.
Does Keeping provide medical advice?
No. Keeping does not assess symptoms, diagnose, recommend treatment, calculate doses, or choose medication timing for you. It does not infer meaning from a blank day.
Are my records online?
No. Keeping has no account or cloud sync. Personal records stay in the app's local storage on your device unless you choose to share an export.
How does Apple Health work?
Apple Health access is optional and user initiated. With your permission, Keeping can read body mass and waist circumference to create local copies. It does not write data to Apple Health.
Can I export or delete my records?
Yes. Keeping can create a local export for you to share through iOS, and it includes a Delete All Local Data control. An export is not a backup and cannot be imported to restore records.
How do I restore purchases?
Open the purchase sheet from a restricted action or Settings, tap Restore Purchases, and use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple handles restoration. Restore Purchases restores commercial access only; it does not restore History, Apple Health copies, or reminders. If the purchase is not recognized, check your Apple Account and connection, retry, or contact us by email.
