How do I play?
Drag a block from the tray onto the board and release it. When it lands, it turns into grains. Matching sand clears when it connects from one side of the board to the other. Keep the pile below the danger line and make room for the next drop.
Why does a filled row not clear?
Falling Sand clears connected sand of the same color, not a row of solid blocks. Look for a continuous matching-color connection between the two side walls.
When do two-color blocks appear?
Mixed-color blocks unlock when the score reaches 3,000 points. The three-slot tray then includes two solid-color pieces and one mixed-color piece. If the third slot is unused when you cross the threshold, it can unlock in the current tray.
How do I change music, sound effects or language?
Open Settings from Home. Music and Sound Effects have separate switches. Choose Language to select the app's language. This does not change your iOS system language.
What should I do if the app stops responding?
Close and reopen the app. If the problem continues, send the details above to support. Do not delete the app as a first troubleshooting step: removing it can also remove game data stored with it.
