Falling Sand Android Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers Falling Sand for Android, provided by Shanghai VeloTract Information Technology Co., Ltd. (VeloTract). It describes this version's data practices. The Website Privacy Policy separately covers velotract.com.

2. Game data kept on your device

Falling Sand stores game progress, scores, replay data, daily-goal progress and app preferences on your device. It uses these records to continue games, show records and keep your selected language.

No Falling Sand account is required. This version has no app-owned cloud-sync service and does not send game data to VeloTract.

3. Advertising, analytics and diagnostics

This version does not integrate advertising, gameplay analytics or remote diagnostic services. It does not send data to advertising or analytics providers.

The app may write technical messages to local Android system logs. It does not upload these messages to VeloTract. System-level diagnostic sharing depends on Android, your device provider and your device settings.

4. Sharing and saving score images

Score images are generated on your device. Sharing starts only when you choose to share an image and select a destination in the Android share chooser.

The selected app or service handles that copy under its own practices. Falling Sand does not send the shared content to VeloTract.

If you choose Save image, the app saves its generated image to your gallery through Android's MediaStore. It does not read your existing photo library.

5. Removing data and system backups

Uninstalling the app, or clearing its stored data in Android Settings, removes private game data and the saved language preference. Clearing the cache is different and does not remove private game progress.

Depending on your device settings and backup provider, Android backups or device-to-device transfer may include app data. They are separate from app-owned sync.

Removing local app data does not guarantee removal of backup copies. Restoring a backup or transferring to another device may restore app data.

Gallery images and copies sent elsewhere remain separate from private game data. Manage those copies in your gallery, backup service or selected destination.

6. Contacting support

If you email android.feedback@velotract.com, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and investigate your request. Your email provider also processes that correspondence.

Send only information needed to explain your question. Support correspondence is separate from local game data. Contact the same address about the handling or removal of your correspondence.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app's data practices change. The date above identifies this policy version.
